1. Scope
At SQAI Suite, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and process your personal data when you use our Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply where SQAI Suite processes personal data on behalf of the commercial customer, as data processor. In such a case, the Data processing Agreement[AC1] controls the processing of personal data by SQAI Suite as data processor.
2. Personal data we collect from you
On the account page we collect the following personal data:
- E-mail: to log into the system
- First name and last name: to create a unique account
- Location: to track metrics of where the Services are used
- Inputs: if you include personal data in your input
3. Personal data generated by your use of our Services
When you use our Services, we collect the following information about you:
- Security logs;
- Technical information (cookies), subject to your prior consent;
- Outputs, if you include your Personal Data in your input or if you ask the Services to generate Personal Data.
4. Purposes of the processing of personal data
4.1. General purposes
the personal data are collected to:
- Offer to you the Services;
- Improve the technical and intrinsic quality of the Services;
- Give information, make offers to you and/or supply you with information related to the future offers and products that might interest you;
- Administer the technical aspect of the Services;
- After having checked the anonymous characteristic of the data, compile statistics.
4.2. Direct marketing and communication to third parties
Your personal data stay strictly confidential and may in no way be communicated to third parties or be used for direct marketing purposes, unless we got expressly and beforehand your permission.
The permission in question may be withheld at any time, without reason and free of charges by sending an email to moc.etius-iaqs@ofni.
5. Duration of the conservation of the personal data
All the personal data are held as long as necessary for providing the Services by SQAI Suite.
6. Right to access and rectify
You have the right to consult free of charge your personal data at any time, to rectify or modify them, by sending an email to the address moc.etius-iaqs@ofni.
You are entirely free to communicate or not your personal data to SQAI Suite. You must however be aware that some Services may be refused if you do not complete your personal data on the account page and that you are the only liable for the correctness of the data that you communicate to SQAI Suite.
7. Right to object
You may exercise your right to object within the framework of the processing of your personal data if you consider that serious and legitimate reasons exist to do so, by sending an email to the address moc.etius-iaqs@ofni . However, you may not object against the processing of your personal data if this processing is essential to the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
8. Security and confidentiality
SQAI Suite has developed technically and organizationally appropriate security rules in order to avoid the destruction, loss, forgery, modification, forbidden access and mistaken communication to third parties as well as every other unauthorized processing of the collected personal data.
SQAI Suite may never be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that results from a wrong or illegal handling of the personal data by a third party.
Hence it is essential that you respect the security prescripts, among others by not giving access to your user’s name or codes to third parties. Only you are indeed liable for the way the Services would be used from your identification data as well as the confidentiality attached to it.
SQAI Suite warns you that the Services include links, hyperlinks or references to other websites that are not controlled or managed by SQAI Suite and to which this Privacy Policy does not apply. SQAI Suite is not liable for the content of websites, nor for the offers, products and services offered by them. Therefore, SQAI Suite advises you to read carefully the privacy policy of every website that you visit given that these rules can differ from the present Privacy Policy.
9. Entire agreement
This Data Processing Agreement shall supersede any other written or oral negotiations, agreements, understanding or representations between the Parties with respect to privacy and the protection of the Personal Data Processed under the Agreement.
10. Modifications
If SQAI Suite would have to process personal data which are not provided for by the present Privacy Policy, it will contact you by electronic way before reusing your personal data so that you are informed of this new use and to permit you to refuse this reuse.
If this Privacy Policy would be amended, the amended version will be available on the Website and will be applicable from your first visit following this modification. As from your visit, the User will be presumed to have read the modifications and to agree to them. For this reason, it is important to check the day of the last update at the top of the present Privacy Policy at every new visit.
11. Governing law – jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian Law.
Any litigation relating to the conclusion, validity, interpretation and/or performance of this Privacy Policy or of subsequent contracts or operations derived therefrom, as well as any other litigation concerning or related to this Privacy Policy, without any exception, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
